Todd Milsap, the son of legendary country singer Ronnie Milsap, has died.
At this time, Todd’s death “appears to be medically related,” according to MNPD.
“Our son Todd was a force of joy, life, creativity and giving from the moment he was born,” the six-time Grammy winner, 76, tells PEOPLE about his son.
“He made such a mark on our world in his years on this planet, everyone who met him was richer for it.

On Sunday, the “Red Solo Cup” crooner shared viaInstagramthat he was diagnosed with stomach cancer last fall.
“I’ve spent the last six months receiving chemo, radiation and surgery,” he explained in a statement posted to his social media account. “So far, so good. I need time to breathe, recover and relax.”
“I am looking forward to spending this time with my family,” he continued. “But I will see the fans sooner than later.

Country star Tom T. Hall’sdeathhas been ruled a suicide. He was 85.
The Williamson County Medical Examiner’s report stated that a 911 call was placed at 11:15 a.m. that Friday, with EMS responding to the scene.
“Paramedics confirmed death at approximately 1133 hours, due to obvious injuries,” the report continued.
Hall’s son Dean Hall, confirmed the songwriter’s death last summer via social media. No cause of death was given at the time.

On Friday, the singer, 34, shared a series of posts onInstagramin which he described finding a young man’s body in the woods while running at Chicopee Memorial State Park in Massachusetts.
“Not the way I planned on closing out 2020… I guess my last day of the year made sense,” Rich wrote of the incident.

The rising star, 33, popped the question to fiancée Sabina Gadecki in July 2017. The couple shared an engagement update during an interview with PEOPLE on the2019 CMT Awardsred carpet Wednesday night.
“We’re a little more than four months out,” Rich said of the big day. “We’re trying to plan it. It’s a little stressful but it’s coming together.”
Gadecki said her future husband is a natural-born planner and has been helping out a lot.
