Coca-Cola Drops a Zero Sugar Flavor Created by AI

The Coca-Cola Company Coca-Colais known for its iconic flavors, but the latest one is out of this world. For a limited time, Coca‑Cola Y3000 will be sold in the US, Canada, China, Europe and Africa. Oana Vlad, Senior Director of Global Strategy at The Coca‑Cola Company, said in a statement that the new beverage explores the notion of “what a Coke from the future might taste like.” Coca-Cola “We hope that Coca‑Cola will still be as relevant and refreshing in the year 3000 as it is today," she added.

Coca-Cola Has Initiated Contingency Plans to Avoid Diet Coke Shortage Due to Coronavirus

Photo: George Frey/Getty UPDATE: A representative from Diet Coke sent a statement to PEOPLE clarifying, “Please be aware that we do not anticipate a shortage of Diet Coke or Coke Zero related to sucralose because those products do not contain sucralose. We have initiated contingency supply plans for ingredients sourced from China, and we do not expect any impact to our customers or consumers at this time.” There may be a diet soda shortage looming.

Coca-Cola Is in 'Serious Talks' to Make Drinks Infused with Cannabis: Report

The beverage giant is “in serious talks” with the Canada-based company Aurora Cannabis Inc. to collaborate on drinks infused with cannabidiol, a chemical in marijuana plants called CBD,BNN Bloombergreported. “They’re pretty advanced down the path,” a source told the Canadian business channel. “It’s going to be more of the ‘recovery drink’ category.” The new products would potentially aim to help with inflammation, pain and cramping, according to BNN Bloomberg.
