Cobra Kai Season 3 Honors Original Karate Kid Cast Member Rob Garrison, Who Died in 2019

Photo: Netflix The first episode of the new season ofCobra Kaion Netflixconcludes with a heartbreaking kick in the gut: a tribute toRob Garrison,along with the years “1960-2019” and a note that reads, “Cobra Kai never dies.” Garrison, who played Cobra Kai student Tommy in the original 1984Karate Kidmovie and reprised the role in season 2 of the spinoff series, died on Sept. 27, 2019, after a month-long hospitalization due to kidney and liver failure.

According to astatement, the end of Honest Tea means greater focus and resources for the two otherCoca-Colaready-to-drink teas: Gold Peak and Peace Tea. “Ongoing supply chain challenges mean we are having to prioritize production and distribution of certain product SKUs, and that we’ve been unable to meet consumer demand for Gold Peak,” Sabrina Tandon, the ready-to-drink tea group director atCoca-ColaNorth America Operating Unit, said in a statement.
