Music company AEG Presents is looking to ensure that patrons at their venues and festivals stay COVID-free.
In an announcement Thursday, Coachella and Goldenvoice (AEG Presents) shared that attendees will be required to show full proof of vaccination before entering events they host starting Oct. 1.
Until then, fans will be able to either show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours of the show date.

The U.S. Coast Guard has suspended search and rescue efforts for three missing children who ended up in the Mississippi River in New Orleans over the weekend, according to authorities.
Rescue crews combed more than 93 miles along the river over a combined total of 55 hours, trying to locate a 15-year-old boy, 14-year-old girl and 8-year-old girl, the U.S. Coast Guard officialssaid in a news release.
Brandy’s 8-year-old sister, Ally Berry Wilson, and 15-year-old boyfriend fell in while trying to rescue her from the river, family members told NOLA.

The Detroit sector of the Coast Guard sent out five of their team on a routine patrol of the shoreline to check ice conditions and ensure people’s safety, according toDetroit Free Press.
While all the humans were safe, the team found a dog struggling to swim above the freezing water.

U.S. Coast Guard members in North Carolina found a missing dog after the canine fell off her owner’s boat and into the Pamlico Sound.
According to aFacebook postfrom U.S. Coast Guard Station Hatteras Inlet, on May 14, a call came in that someone had “lost their dog Myla overboard in Pamlico Sound.”
The body of water in the Outer Banks of North Carolina is nearly 100 miles long and 25 miles wide in places,The Charlotte Observerreported.
