A new class-action lawsuit alleges that fitness and diet powerhouse Beachbody exploited its workers, leaving more than a quarter of them unpaid.
The company, recently rebranded as BODi, “has been able to build its business through unpaid workers for years,” said Kristen Simplicio, a partner with consumer protection class-action law firm Tycko & Zavareei, toldThe Los Angeles Times.
“I thought becoming a coach for Beachbody was my opportunity to add a second stream of income with an added bonus of helping others reach their fitness goals,” Lyons said.

A box filled with old video games recently donated to a North Central Texas location contained an item some video game aficionados would only dream of stumbling upon: an incredibly rare Atari game.
After being listed for one week, the game was auctioned off for a whopping $10,590.79. Only 13 copies of the game reportedly exist.

The Department of Justice has launched a criminal investigation after a trove of allegedly top-secret military documents detailing how America spies on other nations appear to have been leaked on social media.
Speaking toCNN, one U.S. official said the documents — which began circulating online in recent weeks, and on social media outlets including Twitter and Telegram last Friday — “look real.”
The New York Timescites analysts that say more than 100 documents may have been among those shared via photographs online.
