ForSebastian Chacon, change isn’t always a bad thing.
The New York native, 29, currently plays Warren Rojas on Prime Video’sDaisy Jones & the Six. The popular limited series is based on author Taylor Jenkins Reid’s 2019 novel of the same name, which follows a fictional rock band’s many ups and downs as they rise to fame and fall apart.
In any book-to-screen adaptation, there areadjustments made so the story can be depicted on screen, and in this case Chacon believes the show’s alterations to the source material ultimately enhancedDaisy’s story.

Sebastian Chaconis holding out hope that theDaisy Jones & The Sixgang will hit the road together sometime soon.
Opening up about the possibility of a tour, Chacon — who plays Warren Rojas — exclusively tells PEOPLE “that’s something that we have been having conversations about.”
“I know that any of these songs, as soon as they come up, I can sit down and play them immediately,” Chacon, 29, says.

The first full-length trailer for Prime Video’s adaptation ofDaisy Jones & The Sixis finally here — and it’s a wild ride!
“Their complicated musical partnership catapulted the band from obscurity to unbelievable fame. And then, after a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, they suddenly called it quits,” a description of the series reads. “Now, decades later, the band members finally agree to reveal the truth.”
