Rosita is getting the most out of her golden years.
According toBest Friends Animal Society, the 13-year-old dog has spent much of her life in and out of animal shelters. Her journey recently brought her to Best Friends' sanctuary in Kanab, Utah, where she finally found her forever home.

Gravity isn’t going to let anything get him down.
According topet mobility company Walkin' Pets, animal rescuers found Gravity abandoned in a Tennessee yard over two years ago. The dog had a broken back, a spinal cord laceration, and straight-leg syndrome — a condition where a puppy’s knee joints fuse, leaving the affected legs rigid and paralyzed.
PAWS New EnglandandAll 4s Rescue Leaguetook the dog in and moved Gravity to Massachusetts, where he started his recovery, including regular physical therapy sessions.

After a lengthy stay in several shelters, an Ohio dog is still waiting for her forever home.
“Everyone knows her story,” Patience Doeing, Lake Humane Society’s intake and foster coordinator, told WKYC. “We’ve been talking about it for a long time.”

Remy, a 4-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix, was found tied outside the Greenville Humane Society in South Carolina with a note, according to apostshared on the organization’s Facebook page.
“My sister could not take care of her the way she needed to be. She has illnesses I don’t believe are fixable. She needs to be put down as soon as possible,” the note read, in part.
Local news channel WYFF reportedthat security footage revealed Remy was tied up on Saturday night, but wasn’t discovered till the next morning.

A three-month-old puppy has now found a “safe and loving foster home” — just days after a Michigan man was arrested and charged with abusing the German pointer mix outside of a restaurant.
On Monday, Feb. 3, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office (MSCO) deputies responded to a fast-food restaurant in Macomb Township at 11:27 a.m. after being alerted to a dog being “abused inside of a camper van,” per theMCSO.
