The United States Coast Guard says it has found debris matching the Bering Air plane that went missing outside Nome, Alaska.
The photo that accompanied the post showed two rescuers walking in the snow amid the plane wreckage, where the wing and tail were seen visible.
According to theAssociated Press, Cameron Snell, a spokesperson for the U.S. Coast Guard, said crews had not been able to fully open the plane and were continuing to search.

In November 2023,Trinity Tondeleir, 24, and Brody Hawkins, 26, went viral on TikTok for not being engaged after 10 years of dating. More than 900 commenters warned Tondeleir that a breakup was more likely to happen than a proposal at that point.

After drowning sons Luke, 2, Paul, 3, John, 5 and her 6-month-old daughter Mary, Yates put them in bed and covered them with a blanket, as if they were asleep.
Her oldest son, Noah, 7, tried to run away, but Yates wrestled him into the tub and drowned him, too.
In his opening arguments, defense attorney George Parnham told jurors about Yates’ history of postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis.
