Solebury Township Police arrived at the Bucks County, Penn., home of her son-in-law, Hallmark star Marc Blucas, at around 6:30 a.m. local time on Friday, Dec. 27, after receiving a 911 call, a representative for the department tells PEOPLE. According to apolice report, authorities found a 76-year-old man passed out on the first floor of the home.

She is being held without bond.Her infant daughter, Ja’Lonnie Small, died on August 4 — days after she was allegedly left unattended in a filled bathtub.
