Dave Grohl and Greg Kurstin Cover Van Halen's 'Jump' in Silly Video for Hanukkah Sessions

Dave Grohl is jumping into the fourth night ofHanukkah!

On Monday, Grohl and Kurstinkicked off the sessions with a heavy-metal coverofLisa Loeb’s 1994 “Stay (I Missed You).”

Themusic videoopened up with a view of a menorah before panning to Kurstin who is asleep on a couch and Grohl standing beside him in a floral dress. The Foo Fighters frontman then begins to sing the lyrics as Loeb does in theoriginal video— before rapidly shifting into a heavy metal rendition of the track and rocking out.

She wrote, “Great job to Dave Grohl and@GregKurstinwith the cover AND the@xoBetseyJohnsondress!”

Last month, Grohl wasinducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Famefor a second time, along with the Foo Fighters, the band he started after Nirvana.

“None of these guys ever aspired to be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame,” he said at the time, “so it’s a beautiful feeling to know that we’re going to share this experience together.”
