Country Star Zach Bryan Quotes Travis Tritt Song as He Condemns Transphobia: 'Completely Wrong'

“I mean no disrespect towards anyone specifically, I don’t even mind @Travistritt,” wrote Bryan onTwitter. “I just think insulting transgender people is completely wrong because we live in a country where we can all just be who we want to be. It’s a great day to be alive I thought.”

His last sentence referenced Tritt’s 2000 single “It’s a Great Day to Be Alive.”

Tritt, 60, previously joinedKid Rockin condemning Bud Light for featuring transgender influencerDylan Mulvaneyin their latest ad campaign, announcing onTwitterthat he’s “deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider.”

Bryan followed up in anothertweet, “And yo I don’t support transgender people attacking swimmers I just have family transitioning and have blood to defend here No one threaten me pls.”

Howard Sternalso chimed in on the display of transphobia after Rock, 52, posted a video of himself shooting up several cases of Bud Light onInstagram.
