Christian Louboutinis using his creativity for a good cause.
The famed fashion designer, 60, created a one-of-a-kind shoe, known as theSea Queen Gladiator Sandal, for theDisney Create 100 auctionsupportingMake-A-Wish.
“I wanted to deeply explore the Marvel Universe and its references,” Louboutin tells PEOPLE exclusively about crafting the Namor-inspired shoe. “The aquatic universe has always been fascinating to me.”

With the fashion item, Louboutin says, “I wanted to recreate the fish scales of Namor, and I added some stones to bring light to the shoes.”
“Before this, the conception is also essential, as each scale has been imagined as a mirror to recreate a reflective visual effect,” he notes. “The size and the shape must be perfect.”

After the Disney Create 100 auction, the Sea Queen Gladiator Sandal will be customized to fit the winner’s shoe size.
The shoe — which features the specially designed Marvel x Christian Louboutin joint logo on the insole — is currently going for over $4,000, as of Monday afternoon.
The winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees and charges, if applicable, per Disney.
The Louboutin-crafted Sea Queen Gladiator Sandal is currently available to bid onhere.
